Full Body Flow

Combines dynamic mat Pilates movements with flowing sequences designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen the entire body. This class focuses on mindful movement, improving posture, and building long, lean strength while leaving you feeling balanced, energised, and refreshed.

Core & Mobility

Designed to strengthen your midsection while improving flexibility and joint range of motion. This class builds core stability and uses deep stretch techniques to support fluid, pain-free movement for everyday life.

Legs & Bum

Focuses on lower-body strength and sculpting, using targeted exercises to tone, lift, and build power in the glutes and legs. Expect an energising workout that leaves you feeling stronger, leaner, and more confident.

Boxing Bootcamp

Blends powerful boxing combinations with highintensity strength and core training. This class builds stamina, agility, and full-body strength while giving you an outlet to release energy and push your limits.

Stretch & Meditation

Combines gentle, restorative stretches with guided meditation to release tension, improve flexibility, and bring balance to both body and mind. Leave feeling relaxed, centred, and deeply refreshed.
